Welcome to JETCARTOUR SXM. These Terms of Service govern your booking and participation in our activities operated by MESSTEL BV.


1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To cancel or reschedule your booking, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity time.

No-shows or Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued if you fail to show up or if you cancel less than 24 hours before the activity. However, an alternative time slot will be offered to you subject to availability.

2. Weather Conditions

Your safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather or sea conditions, JETCARTOUR SXM reserves the right to either fully refund your booking or reschedule your experience to another date.

3. Arrival & Punctuality

Clients are strictly required to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time slot. This mandatory window is dedicated to presenting the official safety instructions and equipment briefing. Delays may shorten your activity time without refund.

4. Payment Terms & On-Site Fees

All on-site payments made via credit or debit card are subject to an additional 5% processing charge. To avoid this fee, cash payments are accepted.

5. Liability & Personal Belongings

A storage area is at your disposal for your bags and personal items. However, the company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings before, during, or after the activity.
