⚠️ By booking any watercraft experience with us, you agree to strictly comply with the following maritime safety rules. Non-compliance will result in immediate termination of the activity without refund.

👶 Age Restrictions

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to operate or participate alone. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the water activity.

⏱️ Mandatory Briefing

You must show up 10 minutes before your tour. Our instructors will deliver vital safety procedures, driving guidelines, and navigation rules that you must follow.

🎒 Personal Property

The company accepts no liability for items lost in the ocean (such as sunglasses, phones, cameras). Please secure your items or use the provided onshore storage.
